Paid client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Raintree Ads LLC and the client; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Raintree Ads LLC (“Raintree Ads,” “we,” “us”) is a performance-marketing agency that plans, runs, and measures digital advertising for its clients, primarily on Meta platforms.
Advertising performance depends on factors outside anyone’s full control — platform algorithms, auction dynamics, creative, market conditions. We bring rigor and experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, costs per result, or revenue. Case studies and figures on the Site reflect real past work; past performance does not promise future results.
Our services depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, and similar). Their terms, policies, availability, and decisions — including ad review outcomes and account restrictions — are theirs alone, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
The Site — its design, copy, code, and branding — belongs to Raintree Ads LLC. You may not reproduce it except for normal browsing and sharing links. Ownership of creative and deliverables produced for clients is defined in each client’s engagement agreement.
The Site and its free tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raintree Ads LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or free tools, and our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute over them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
