Raintree Ads LLC (“Raintree Ads,” “we,” “us”) is a performance-marketing agency that manages digital advertising for its clients, primarily across Meta platforms. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or use tools on this site (such as our free tracking audit), we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, company, website URL, and anything you include in a message or booking form.
Website usage data. We use Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source.
Advertising platform data. To deliver our services, we access our clients’ advertising accounts and related business data through platform APIs (for example, Meta’s Marketing API and Ad Library API): campaign settings, performance metrics, creative assets, and publicly available advertising information. We access this data only with the account owner’s authorization.

To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
To plan, run, measure, and improve advertising campaigns for our clients.
To analyze publicly available advertising (via Meta’s Ad Library) for competitive research.
To improve our website, tools, and marketing.
To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Meta platform data

Our use of data received from Meta’s APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access Meta data solely to provide advertising services to the businesses that have authorized us, and for research using Meta’s public Ad Library. We do not sell platform data, use it to build profiles of individuals, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, scheduling, email), with a client when the information relates to their own engagement, or when required by law.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you block or delete them.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including encrypted transport and access controls — to protect it. Advertising platform credentials are stored server-side and never exposed publicly.

Data deletion & your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including any data obtained through Meta’s platforms. Email will@raintreeads.com with the subject “Data request” and we will respond within 30 days. If you have connected with us through a Meta app and want that data removed, the same request handles it.
