Our Growth Accelerator removes that gamble. We front the ad capital — up to $10K per brand — so you spend $0 up-front. While our money is on the line we keep 65% of the revenue we directly generate, but only until we’ve recovered our spend +20%; after that, our share drops to a long-term 35% waterfall. If campaigns under-perform, we hit a built-in stop-loss and you owe nothing; if they scale, we both share in the upside—true, aligned-incentive growth without retainers or guesswork.

The Process

  • You fill out an application. Our team assesses your brand’s potential and conducts a free audit to identify growth opportunities.

  • Raintree Ads deploys up to $10K of our own ad capital across Meta, Google and CRO tweaks. You pay $0 up-front, removing all cash-flow risk—an approach fast becoming the preferred alternative to %-of-spend retainers in performance marketing.

  • While we’re out-of-pocket we keep 65% of the revenue we generate—only until we’ve recovered our ad spend plus 20%. This “first-pool fills, then spills” structure is identical to profit-distribution waterfalls used in finance and SaaS to align incentives. 

  • Once we’ve recovered our ad spend +20%, we continue to fund your paid ads through the profits while our cut drops to 35%,  you keep the rest. Safeguards pause spend if 3-day blended ROAS drops below 1.5×—no dollars wasted on losing ads. The waterfall keeps incentives aligned & us with skin in the game long term, unlike flat-fee or %-of-spend deals.
